We are operating from the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside in our brand new purpose built premises, to provide both outside catering and weekday school meals.

Our large kitchen and preparation area, brand new ovens, extensive refrigeration and freezing facilities means we are more than equipped to produce high quality food. Our weekdays start early to get all of our meals cooked on time! Whilst some preparation will be done a day or two previous, such as our baking, it is important to us to cook the majority from fresh on the day.


Hot food is cooked in catering size metal oven trays which go directly into the hot boxes which are delivered to the school. By doing this no heat is lost as they are transferred from oven to box in less than a minute.

All of our hot food is temperature checked and logged to ensure everything is cooked exactly as it should be. We are proud that many of our dishes are cooked from scratch, including our lasagne and many of our baked desserts.
